FBA Schedule and Information **VERY IMPORTANT**

Hey everybody!
I hope you're excited about this Saturday as I am. The band director of Union County High School, Kelly Dorsey, requests that we all wear our Jerseys or Gator Band shirts to get us publicity. They're even going to have a KKPsi advertisement on their stadium Jumbo-tron! Attached to this message is a Job Assignment List. This list was created by the band director and Stanley, and every job is important. All guides and runners need to be there at 10:00AM for an orientation. We will be taught what to do, where to go, and basically familiarize ourselves with our surroundings and duties. If you're doing concessions and would like to come early and help set-up, feel free, but you're not required to start your shift until 1:00pm.

TO THE GUIDES: You will need to stay with your band
until your band is finished performing, and then escort them back to their bus. Once you are finished with your band/escorting duties, Ms. Dorsey would like you to report to the volunteer table to see if anyone else needs help.

TO THE RUNNERS: You will be driving gators, rangers, or golf carts. It is imperative that you drive them responsibly, because the high school borrowed them and is liable for ANY damages. Please be as careful and professional as possible, your job is very important!

Directions to UCHS from Gainesville:
Hwy 121 is the same at NW 34th Street. It crosses 441 (13th Street) at the Highway Patrol Station past Hoggtowne Music and Home Depot.

Go North on 121
You will go through LaCrosse and Worthington Springs
Once in Lake Butler turn right onto Lake Avenue (immediately past the Middle School) The Bus Loop connects the HS and MS together. Park in that parking lot and you will see signs directing you to the stadium.

Allow yourself 40 minutes driving time.
