Hey brothers! Sorry for the short notice, but we need some help setting up for the Alumni Band Barbeque. Trent is handling most of the work, but he won't be able to help with this set-up. All we need to do is transport two tables from the SBH lobby (already set-up by Trent) to the MUB for the barbeque. It should take about 5 to 10 minutes. This will occur right after morning rehearsal on Saturday, so I just need a few brothers to do it on the way to help with Gatorade. Thanks guys!

Calling all brothers...or at least the ones not in marching band or volleyball band. Seeing that it's alumni band weekend, that means we'll be having tons of alumni brothers and band members. Matt Fuller and I are looking to recruit volunteers to man a Kappa Kappa Psi table that evening during the alumni social hour/registration.

For any of those interested, we will be heading down to Tampa and visiting with Kappa Tau after Tuesday's practice. Please reply to this message if you're interested in going as I'd like to give them definite #s of people that are coming and/or staying in Tampa for the night. Also, please let me know if you'd be able to drive, how many passsengers you can hold, and if there are any stipulations for your car.

The UF clarinet ensemble will be performing along with a few clarinetists from Buchholz High School. It's going to ROCK your FACE off, so you should come support your fellow C-Net bros (Carly, Harrison, Stacie) and a bunch of other badasses.

For lack of a better day, and so as to not interfere with the other workshops going on, the treasurer workshop will be held on Sunday. I was hoping to do it Thursday, but it seems like the 2nd VP and WAMO workshops have already jumped on that boat. I know the elections are on Sunday, but I doubt there is anything I am going to say that the potential future treasurers don't already know. Also, I don't anticipate it being a very long engagement. Once the new treasurer is elected, I will go over with him/her in greater detail the way I keep track of things, etc.
