Hey Everyone, I thought I posted this but I only did in a Reply. Chapter will be on Sunday at 4:30pm, exec will meet at 4:00pm. Chapter shouldn't last longer than an hour so we can all make the band banquet at 6:00pm!

I just checked my WebMail and the email about the Banquet was sent out 2 hours ago. The Banquet will last from 6-8pm at Touchdown Terrace and apparently the dress is semi-formal. We have to RSVP to gatorband@arts.ufl.edu by Wednesday at 5pm. Given part of our per diem was used to pay for a spot, I encourage that everyone attend for the food that we payed for. If you have an preference for vegetarian or want to bring a non-band guest ($20 per quest), mention that in your RSVP.
Also, since the Banquet is from 6-8pm, I assume we will be moving the meeting time up?

Bring your instrument and work clothes and join the Brothers of the Alpha Eta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi for a reading band and service event.
Chapter will begin at 5:00pm on Sunday, Jan 20th. We need to meet to discuss the budget and the meeting shouldn't last long.
